Biography.............
So maybe a biography is in order. Cant say that I want to write one , so I will try and make it as brief as possible.
I trained at East 15 acting school from 1986 -1989 met some cool people and some not so cool people.
Was asked by a young Damon Albarn to drop out of the school with him in our first year to form a band. Knew he would be famous but had to decline the offer.
That kind of pop star life would never have done for me.
He dropped out and we were to keep in touch for many years afterwards. We lived in the same slum property in 1991 in Greenwich whilst Blur´s first Album ,"Leisure" was recorded.
I went back to my native city of Liverpool in about 1993 , took up a drama lecturer post , formed a Shakespearian theatre company , and formed a band called Earth which performed my own numbers. I was the singer songwriter.
Got some interest from Sony records , and then the band split up.Yes weird I know.
I moved to Lancaster for a short wile then on to Hamburg in Germany and then onto Denmark where a band called "Away With The Fairys" was formed.
We played the Cavern in Liverpool for a crate of bud and 30 english pounds. Played a few places in Denmark then we split.
I continued (and still do from time to time ) to write and record music.
My life was then changed for the better after coming across the work of Laura Knight Jadczyk , in fact life would never be the same , thankfully.
9 11 happened and that also brought a definite change and focus on certain matters. So much so that I released a CD on CD baby entitled "We´ve been had" tracks can also be found on itunes.
Got a post as a director of theatre at Viborg drama school , then went to Canada for a short while to get some fresh air and dodge grizzly bears. Came back and here I am.
Not very much you see , And life being short.How we waste so much of it on X factor and other crap I dont understand.
Well I do but thats for another time maybe.
